Description

Attach shaft to rotary buffer. Then use the fine detail “Pencil” buffer to do your precision buffing. The extension has an “on/off” clutch switch. The clutch allows you to disengage the power to the Pencil Buffer. Change the tip to small buffing pads and cone shaped pads.
